We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

2.Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags/packaging

3.Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or invoice)

How to Start a Return:

Reason for the return

Clear photos (if needed for quality check)

Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or customized products

Perishable goods

Clearance or Final Sale items

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If Approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking)

Processing time is 5–7 business days depending on your bank

If Denied:

If the item does not meet our return criteria, we’ll inform you and you may choose to have it shipped back to you (shipping cost applicable).

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order separately.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

1.If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), Wiswow will cover return shipping.

Important: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product with clear photographs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs

We will arrange for a return pickup and offer you either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7–10 business days after confirmation:

First, check with your bank or card provider (sometimes posting takes extra time)
